Are your treatments safe around my children and pets?
We take very high precautions when applying pesticides to ensure that people and pets are protected from exposure to pesticide applications. The products we use are odorless and do not contain any airborne particles. Prior to application, we will survey treatment areas and communicate any possible hazards that may exist.

What is the typical cost for pest control services?

How quickly can you schedule an on-site appointment?
Most appointments can be serviced within 2 to 3 days. We strive to accommodate all scheduling requests.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Most people don’t want to sign a long term contract. Our services are designed to be one-time extermination or repair services. We will need to complete a service agreement for these one-time services.
Do I need a termite inspection before I purchase my home?
Most lenders require a pest inspection report and clearance prior to funding a mortgage. We can complete inspection reports, clear section 1 items, and issue a clearance to expedite your loan transaction.
What are Section 1 items versus Section 2 items on the pest inspection report?
Section 1 items are findings on the report that are active infections and infestations from wood destroying organisms. Section 2 items are findings that could lead to infection or infestation from wood destroying organisms.
Do I have to fumigate my home?
Most wood destroying organisms can be treated and eliminated without fumigation, yet some wood destroyers such as Drywood Termites that have infested inaccessible that cannot be eliminated without fumigation.
Do you charge for inspections & surveys?
We don’t charge for rodent, general insect or limited termite inspections. Pest inspections for real estate purposes will require a small fee for the detailed inspections and for processing the reports.
